Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoad closures around hotel couldn't park opposite hotel email would of been nice but staff said info was on website wasn't I wasn't the only person staying there with same problem rang hotel 4 times to get some information but got hung up eveytime needed help to find another way in to hotel car park had to park in a different car park away from hotel which I had to pay for and struggle with bags

easy to park (if you know where to go), welcome at reception was excellent, lift worked, room comfortable and well appointed although on the noisy side of the hotel (network rail added to the late night noise with sawing and drilling). Breakfast was ok, bread for making toast was excellent, tables were kept cleared and clean.

United KingdomNo wardrobe or drawers so you have to live out of a suitcase. Other guests mainly children very noisy and no consideration for other guests which is hard for staff to control. No mushrooms or tomatoes at breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good convenient location. Free parking. Pay on arrival. Free cancellation up to the day before. Free hot drinks from a machine and you could take pastries and fruit out with you.
