The hot tub had zero cleaning chemicals in it, it was way way over filled so I had to use a trash can as a bucket and empty some first. The hot tub runs on and off for the filter through out the night and finally it also made the room incredibly humid. It needs a door of some kind to muffle and keep in the moisture.

Pool was not heated . Jacuzzi not working. 2 small tables, 4 chairs poolside. Breakfast seating area too small. Many were standing, waiting for seating or returning to rooms. Lots of wasted area in lobby, some used that too eat

If you are on the ground floor and people are above you hear every step they take, their conversations, etc. The fridge and heat also turning on and off all night can disturb light sleepers.

Front desk never mentioned you have to request daily housekeeping service. Room was not 100% clean hair in bathroom and on bed I had dirty sheets and had to request clean days in day of check in..Housekeeping definitely need to invest in Better cleaning equipment to make sure nothing is left behind and rooms bedding is clean! The pool was horrible not heated and had bugs floating all in the pool! Yuck! To top the trip my waiter at brunch on Sunday was horrible I had to constantly ask for refill and or even a mimosa that technically came with the brunch. It took him 10 mins to even come ask if he needed to take my order or if I was eating the breakfast buffet! As other people started coming I. He hurried to assist them ask if they want coffee etc.. I did not get that good customer experience like that. Disappointing!
