Good size room with King size bed. Bed linen was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom and room in general was clean. For the budget price paid for my stay I would say very good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and I would highly recommend as a place to stay for a few days with easy transportation links close by and for exploring Victoria by foot.

No room service i.e. cleaning or resupply of coffee and tea during my six night stay. I had to put the rubbish bin outside the bedroom door to get it changed.

No drinking water inside rooms. Not included first time I saw in Park inn Raddison. Breakfast is totally worst . Service too bad even when we went for breakfast there is nothing . No bread no omelette . Just took glass of apple juice and came back.

It was easy to just show up and walk in. Nice Neighbourhood to walk a dog. Spacious 2bdrm 1 sm shower bathroom. All inclusive kitchen, 5 min drive to Surrey shopping centre and 25mins to DT Vancouver.

Felt like a cheaply renovated basement. Cluttered yard. Cleaning was sub par with greasy stove, mould in the shower, and dusty baseboards. No wall decorations
