Great location Excellent staff - Mr Roger and Mrs Samira helped us a lot for the package we were waiting from UPS. Would like to send them our regards for all their help to get the package out from the package room. due to maintenance it wasn’t possible to enter to the room. They tried hard to keep us calm and all efforts to get the package out from the room.

We stayed in room 209 and we unfortunately had a decent size roach crawling across the floor in the bathroom. The staff switched our room, but we were paranoid thru out the night thinking a bug was crawling on us and didn’t get much sleep. The staff apologized for the bug and said they would reach out to me when the owners returned. But, sadly they did not.

Didn’t like the view over a roof. Didn’t like the lack of information regarding the renovation of the pool. Found out later when wanting to go out there to relax in the evening and take a swim. Didn’t like the lack of information at the bar. When paying for our drinks, the prices had just gone up. Adjustments done only for the staff. Not on the billboard from where we ordered. Also had a squeaky creaking bed, at that point it didn’t feel like anything would change if complaining.
