Though the room was small, it was clean . Comfortable bed Nice /tea and coffee set ,and given fresh milk which was a nice touch . Good location with the station being 2 minutes away . They kept My bag whilst I went for lunch . Very good breakfast ( I had the poached egg with advocado )

We were walking the West Highland Way and Milngavie is the starting point. We wanted to stay in Milngavie to get off to an early start This unit was perfect for us, so convenient and had everything we needed.

The hotel is definitely upscale in many ways. The lower level lounge is very nice, and the spa is top notch. The room was very nicely done with little extras. The staff was professional and attentive.

My friend and I had a room with two twin beds, and my bed was sunken in the middle — not as comfortable as I had expected for the price and otherwise very nice accommodations.

Generally tidy and comfortable if a little cold, heating could be better. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to city centre, cathedral and local restaurants were all within walking distance.

Security a concern - I had an intruder who somehow got into the building during my stay and was potentially very threatening. Probably not recommended for single women or seniors travelling by themselves.

Great location next to grocery. 24 hr security. Very helpful reception desk. Close to many restaurants, shopping, parks and tube station. Comfy bed. Ample closet space. Functional windows.

Love the location—easy walk into new and old town. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with choice of Continental or larger breakfast. Bed was super comfortable.
