i always booked like every week, but my last time booked i requested smoking room, and they reply me noted approved, but when we arrived the room is not smoking room,and i call reception they said no smoking room available, how come that happen, im so disappointed that time😔

The hotel was in good location at. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper, Rudhra and Dipesh were very friendly and always made sure everything was good and that we had enough of everything. They were awesome. Will definitely stay here again

One of the best hostels in JBR I stayed for the last year . Near to all transport and beach. All clubs and cafes around. Amazing staff Patrick and Ali-my friends❤️ you may our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Karaoke party-🔥 Recommend

The location and smiley staff made our day koz we were stuck in the mall due to heavy rain.. they provided water ,extra towels .. breakfast was delicious

Lack of clearness regarding non smoking room policy during booking procedures. Very difficult to rebook an upgraded room only to get a non smoking one. On top of that in the end I have been given a room that was not the one I asked for (I got a different upgrade from the one I asked for)
