Insanely central. Perfect location to walk to almost everything. Super comfortable and cool looking room. Good check in with apples and pastries in the lobby. I didn’t go to the rooftop bar or the buffet breakfast but they were nice to have! Great view, yet quiet. Good climate control, shower, nespresso and refrigerator. Just a super comfortable place. Can’t imagine better.

Amazing house! Great location, just outside the walls. The house is so comfortable and smartly designed. Very comfortable beds! Beautiful outdoor space with an amazing view! Francisco is the most gracious, interesting, helpful and knowledgeable host we’ve ever met. We had a wonderful stay and hope we can come back soon.

Hands down, the best part of the stay was the staff. They were friendly and went out of their way to help. Carolina was particularly helpful with excellent restaurant suggestions and helpful sightseeing tips.

Gorgeous room with a very nice kitchenette including nespresso. Very nice fancy shower. Easy check in 2 buildings away. Easy to store luggage. Excellent climate control. Felt very high end for the price.

It’s across the street from the main Mercado and a block away from the main shopping street but a 10-15 minute walk uphill from the old city. Only like a €5 Uber after a long day of walking, but maybe not ideal.

The location is great. It’s a clean place and has all the basics facilities for a short staying.

There is not a private parking lot . So it is a kind of lottery. Literally it depends of how lucky you are to find a spot to leave your car. The air conditioning was not functioning. The wooded frame of the bed has an an angle that can hurt your leg badly if you don’t pay attention when you’re passing by . I ‘d strongly suggest for the owner to charge the municipal tax in the price of the renting to avoid a hard time for the guests after they leave the flat.

The construction next door, this said it did not impact our stay (no noise or intrusion) strictly impacted the aesthetics of the area. It appears this neighborhood is being renovated.

VERY hard to find and inconvenient parking. Door handle came off on adjoining room and was never fixed. Showers in both room leaked all over the floor. VERY BAD restaurant. Terrible food, service and ambiance. Felt like a Soviet-era cafeteria.

The HVAC shuts down repeatedly by design. You have to get up multiple times a night and turn it back on to maintain the temperature constant. On a busy side street with lots of noise all night so you can’t keep the windows open.
