Massimo's apartment is a gem! Located near Bologna Centrale, it's just a quick 20-minute walk from the bustling city center, where all the main attractions await. Plus, you're spoiled for choice with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby for a delicious bite to eat. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Massimo's communication was flawless, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Bologna with ease!

Great location, nice apartment with nice little garden. Just a few steps from the beach. Friendly and very helpful host, esay to communicate with. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Restaurants and supermarket are walking distance, but to explore the island, it's better to have a car. You can park your car on the street next to the apartment.

The staff, particularly Gabriel, were so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating! He and the staff made our first visit to Rome very comfortable and enjoyable.

It felt like an oasis when we opened the door of the actual rooms. Once you are inside, it feels like another dimension, it is clean and pretty.

We arrived late at night, the surrounding streets were not pretty, the people on the street were scary, the entrance was well lit but the inside of the building smelled. The elevator was not working, and we had to carry our luggage all the way upstairs.
