Everything was perfect (rare for me), the host was kind and friendly. It really looks like you are in home. A bath with hot water, washing machine, balcony, quiet location, enough beds for 4 people, large rooms, clean. It's 5 min to Volos with car.

Gorgeous little rooms, extremly clean and safe feeling. The host couldn't be better. Waited for us on our late arrival. Even tracked us down in the city when one of members left their phone on the table which is incredible

Perfect apartment with amazing view. We realy like it. Nice host. Everything is clean and large. Beautiful terace. Private parking.

Property is in the hill near the beach and everything is the 5 min walk. Pefect location but very stresfull for the car because of the uphill. Internet (wifi) was poor.

No elevator, no service for two days of stay. The facility operates in Airbnb principles. Visitors don't see anyone, it is self admitted. Once you get in the room you are on your own. Sheets and towels are not replaced on daily basis. For the same money you can book a hotel with breakfast and daily cleaning services. The establishment was an old large apartment that was separated into smaller rooms to be leased as Airbnb facility therefore it has a common balcony. Still very good interior and comfortable bed, very good bathroom.

We did see ants. There were no pictures of the loft area and staircase leading to it. It wouldn't have changed my reservation, but we would've liked to have known for planning purposes.
