“We loved the location, the view over the river for breakfast was amazing!
After a not so great start (below) we went for breakfast and the waitress Magda was absolutely amazing, so kind and friendly! My partner and son moved tables to the window to overlook the river better and Magda went out to feed the ducks/swans so my son could see them! She brought him over some biscuits and then took him out with some bread to feed the swans, he was over the moon and loved it! It really made our morning! It’s just such a shame we had such an awful start! It was a night away just the 3 of us for our sons birthday before a trip to Legoland and he loves staying in hotels!”
