We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWedding DJ and party which could be heard from the main street on arrival at 6PM. You couldn't hear yourself think in the reception when checking in. And it could still be heard in our room. When I asked the girl on reception how late it would be going on she said she didn't know. When I asked if it was likely to go onto midnight, she said probably, which didn't put me at ease. Fortunately, when we returned from dinner around 11 it was quiet.
Lovely historic hotel in great location. Nicely decorated.

United KingdomI have downgraded the facilities slightly as the blind did not fully cover the window and let light in early morning. A curtain would have been better and it looked like one could be added. The shower looked wonderful but not quite as good due to pressure and the shower head was spurting out water all over the place. perhaps needed a clean?
Our room was lovely. Great location. The breakfast was amazing! Great choice of buffet but then also could order from the main menu. I couldn't resist the pancakes, which were lovely. My friend had the veggie breakfast, it included the usual but also spinach & halloumi,. Wish I had that too but it was huge!

SwedenI have stayed at the Bush manytimes but it is a few years since I was last there. They have refurbished the hotel - tastefully - and made it much more attractive wth new painnt and carpets etc without taking away the essentail character of the hotel.

United KingdomThe bedroom was a long walk from the breakfast room, and the bath was difficult to climb into for a shower as I found it too high.
The location of this hotel and the breakfasts are first class. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The bar area was lovely with a great atmosphere, however prices were high.

The outdoor garden area was perfect for imbibing cocktails on a beautiful summer's day. The beds were comfortable with nice linen and duvets. The location was excellent with many nice restaurants, pubs and bars in the area and easily walkable to the Farnham castle.

Location - in the town but also very green, great breakfasts; room with a view was superb, a good size and in spite of the wedding fairly quiet. Check out was fast. Will stay again if in the area.

United Arab EmiratesThere was no staircase and I need to lift my luggage on my own. The room was pretty small as compared the price I paid for it. I paid GBP 158, which was too high for such a small room. I was in UK for a week and travelled to Darlington and Bracknell, I found rooms bigger than this.
Location was good. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was coperative. But if there are no staircase how would we take our luggage to the rooms? Except this, all good.
