Only noise for me was from the constant air conditioning which became irritating. My son in the room next door woke with some traffic noise in the early morning.

Book in with charming young lady called Emily, I think! Room was much quiter than the last one here.

Having to pay £30 to use the car park for 2 days! Pillows were uncomfortable, they were replaced on the 2nd day but weren’t much better.

Breakfast was good, a great variety of food provided.

Only one of the list were working, of the speed of the other lift was exceptionally slow. Thankfully, we were only on the third floor and chose to walk each time rather than wait for the lift.

Great locations to the town centre and forgetting the train into the city.

Some broken and poorly repaired tiling in bathroom. This was unable to be cleaned properly as a result. Min floor space. No fridge.

We thought the team.on the evening restaurant haven't been trained properly. Being half way through my starter and my wife finishing hers the waitress came over and asked if we'd finished, having looked and my plate then said shall I bring the mains out. This felt very rushed amd unprofessional. This is NOT necessarily her fault, maybe it was a new role for her so rather than picking on individuals maybe better staff training would be beneficial?

Only gripe was the door between our room and the adjacent. When the neighbour room came back at 12:30 am, they were so loud and you could hear them for ages. If that door hadn’t been there it would have been perfect.

Room was upgraded to queen suite. Beautiful large room which was immaculate. Bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Bathroom had a bathtub and shower, so you could relax either way at the end of the day. As it was in the middle of the town the accessibility to shops and restaurants was fantastic.

Couldn’t work out lift! Room over looked a fast road and traffic noise kept me awake. Fab was noisy and had to block it to stop it rattling.

Staff could have been more helpful. We had a very stressful morning and arrived early at the hotel, we asked for directions into town centre after explaining that we were due to check in (and had a very stressful and eventful morning). We were given directions but that was it, i feel the reception staff could have helped us, taken our bags or some other offer of help.

Bed uncomfortable didn’t get much sleep needed better pillows, there was no toiletries (cotton pads, ear buds) only tea and coffee in the room and had to pay for parking on top off the stay

Bathroom is a bit dated, but other than that the place is clean and quiet.

Very last minute booking, checked in and extended the stay without any issues, reception staff was super polite and helpful, we asked for a small sewing kit and anti-allergy pillow, got everything sorted! Beds are comfy, place was clean.
