Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast on Sunday was very busy, they had run out of crockery, butter, croissants, bread, no orange juice left. I had to ask for all the above. Seemed understaffed, and staff were constantly busy. Not a good breakfast experience on Sunday. Saturday breakfast was okay, not much salmon with scrambled egg.
Bedroom, comfy bed, lovely shower. Friendly staff.

United KingdomWe did spot a rat in the beer garden, didn't mention it, at the time, there's a wood bordering the building so it will happen occasionally I guess, but maybe bring cutlery & condiments in overnight & install more preventative measures.
Location was ideal for the event we attended. You need to have a car to get anywhere as it's on a busy road with no footpath. Food was good ,staff friendly. Our room was clean & comfortable. Overall a good place to stay

It seemed to have only one member of staff serving food (who was doing very well) but the wait was well over 1 1/2 hours so I had to travel to a different restaurant. Would not have expected to book on a Monday night so will think about that next time
