“Spacious compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. Excellent service, train station shuttle service was great. Not one of the better breakfast buffets we had during our 3 weeks in Japan, but acceptable for savoury tastes. A little limited in Western foods. Very helpful staff, even with limited English. Overall, a very good experience.”

“The bed and duvet were so comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. The views of Fuji from the window were very special. A projector to watch anything on the wall. Very spacious. Being able to rent the sauna after a busy day was perfect. Good location - close to station. The host was there to give us everything we needed for the sauna and was very friendly.”

“I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, a truly traditional Japanese Ryokan hotel with onsen. The view was just gorgeous and all the rooms are having a great view on mount Fuji.
The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Definitely recommend the place especially for a weekend escape.”

“The accommodation and facilities were lovely. The foot onsen was a real bonus after a big day's walk. Everything was well organized and the customer service was excellent. Our late arrival was accommodated on last minute's notice. We had a beautiful and delicious dinner which was conveniently prepared for us. The tent and the site had everything we needed including a firepit and a wonderful view.”
