“This hotel is a gem. Like a beautiful oasis it is set in a fabulous location. The rooms were large but basic but get clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A free transfer was offered to and from Nagiso station which was a great help. The hotel is peaceful and feels so tranquil. The onsen baths were wonderful. But the best thing is the dinner and breakfast. What a wow!! Can’t wait to come back”
