“The small things such as chargers in the room and the very useful and reasonably priced laundry facilities. The clothes press in the room was brilliant and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The complementary toiletries such as a comb, a razor or a robe were very useful. The luggage drop off was also very well thought out and available on the day of check in and check out. The vac-pack was also very useful this was the first time I had seen this in a hotel.”
