I literally have no complaints.

The hotel has a single digit number of rooms, each taking up an entire floor of a tiny building. It was like a wonderful home away from home, but with an authentic Japanese feel. The location is great, too. Only a couple blocks from the subway station in one direction, and great Akihabara shops in another.

Liked everything about this property. If there was a small cafe or breakfast that would make it a 10.

Good room size for our family of 5. Liked the separate office as a place to get some work done in a quiet place. Good amenities provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location very close to metro (5min walk). Great value for money

These are very nitpicky items, but I wish they had more hooks to hang bath towels and hand towels. Also, there isn't always someone at the front desk, but they usually show up within five minutes.

The room was very spacious by Japan standards, and very clean. Everything seemed very new, and included a microwave, large refrigerator, some dishware/silverware, and a washer. The shower room also has a function to dry clothes. It heats up the room like a sauna and dried our clothes in just a few hours! Our family of five (2 adults, three teenage boys) had plenty of room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and also were able to communicate in English. The hotel is conveniently located five minutes away from train stations and across the street from a 7-11.

The elevator door closes very quickly, which felt a bit unsafe, especially since it almost closed on my toddler. Additionally, the elevator was out of service one night during our stay, which required us to take the stairs. Fortunately, it was repaired the next day

The room is spacious, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The location is also great.

Had to ask to change towels. The instruction was to leave used towels outside the door and to get new ones. But often, new towels were not provided, and I had to go to ask it.

The mattresses were too hard for my taste, the hardest of all our stays in Japan. Although the sheets and bedding were lovely.

Lovely large room which great layout and lots of amenities and considered touches. Loved the study room which we used as a baggage storage spot. The drop. The master bed was huge and the bunk beds were a great layout. Coffee machine and washer/dryer were great touches as well. The staff weee very nice in our limited interactions and accommodated an early check in

It's a bit too far out of Akihabara centre.

Accommodates 5 people easily. Separate office area was handy. Amenities are great. Staff is lovely. Quiet area with a 7 11 right opposite.

Beds a touch hard but that’s not major. Also might be useful if they activate security in lift so the pass is needed to get to floor.

We stayed with a family so everyone had a bed. Check in was easy and fast. The room was big for Tokyo and reasonable price. The room takes the entire floor of hotel. The office area is great to store luggage or close door and talk at night if you have kids. The bathroom is wonderful and big. We didn’t wash cloths but the bathroom would easily dry them. My only minor suggestion is the beds are hard. Some love that and we understand that’s probably how many like it. I would stay next time and for longer. It’s very close to station and shops restaurants. One of the best hotels we stay at in Japan and worthy of 4 stars.

The elevator doors close rather abruptly.

Nice, well-equipped apartment (with a little office area at the entrance of the apartment), close to restaurants and all that Akihabara has to offer. Staff was helpful with whatever we needed. Also, because the hotel has staff present (unlike several other apartment hotels we stayed at in Japan, which were self check-in and self check-out), we were able to ship our luggage to the hotel and have it wait for us in our room, and were also able to store the luggage in the hotel after check-out, and tour the city a few more hours before our flight home.

Wish there were more eateries and malls nearby

Staff was very helpful, juz approach them for assistance. Despite the language barrier, they make use of devices to help bridge the gap . The established tried their best to provide the essentials kits to guests, such as: shaver, toothbrush.

As I saty a week, I don't need in room cleaing therefrore I pleaced the garbage and used towel outside the room by thier instruction, however no body notice it, I need to inform them to clean and replace new towel at night when I back. ( it happen at first day only)

Room is very spacious compare to regular Japanese hotels, perfect for family of 4 people. It has a small study, someone can take phone calls or do work without impacting others. Having a washing machine in the room is a big plus. We used it several times during our stay. Location is convenient, close to subway, 7-11, and restaurants.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated having the washer in the room, and the location was great - close to convenience stores, markets and restaurants, and to public transportation. The staff were helpful and kind. They held our luggage for us and arranged for a taxi to the airport.

Spacious space, rare find in Tokyo. Great location, walkable to the Ueno and Akihabara area. Close to a few subway stations connecting to multiple subway lines. Great Amenities. Washer in the unit. Kids love the bunk beds. Lots of options for dining in the area. Convenient stores nearby too.
