10/10 for everything. Location for starters is amazing. Just a street behind Okubo station which is 1 stop away from Shinjuku. So very quiet and yet in the heart of Okubo. Staff were so polite and friendly. Our accom was huge in Japanese sizing for our family of 5 and the apartment was spotless. The Panasonic toilet bidet was perfectly heated - heated seat and heated water. The shower water was also perfectly set at 42 degrees which was great during the autumn weather. We felt we had everything at our fingertips in Okubo with trains just a few hundred meters away and connection points so close. We found some great eateries and a hidden gem cafe serving beautiful Korean desserts which satisfied a late night sweet tooth. We would stay here again and again. Our children loved it and we all felt very connected to all that Tokyo downtown has to offer.
