When we booked in at around 3pm Friday afternoon the Receptionist clearly noticed that my wife and i both used walking sticks (my wife has a white stick being partially sighted.) The Receptionist asked us if we would prefer a ground floor room which we readily accepted. We were very impressed with this excellent service!

It was a fabulous room: spacious, well appointed and luxurious. I loved the little touches of apples, beautiful bathrobes and a good range of hot drinks…and it was just a minute’s walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre which, on a rainy night, was most welcome.
