A memorable stay. The staff was warm and kind, we arrived during a rainy day and the person that welcomed us felt like a mom taking care of you with love. The room and bed were very spacious, it had everything we needed. The private Onsen in the room was amazing. The bed so comfortable (even the pillow was amazing which is very hard to find in an Hotel). Location is great (7min walk from station), but the best was the traditional dinner amd breakfast. We will cherish this day as something very special. Thank you so much!

Amazing food, quiet ambience, and excellent service. The staff served completely vegetarian meals at our request and it was the best I've had. The location is a short uphill walk from the bus stop. On the way down the staff even drove us to the bus stop because it was raining. Overall amazing experience

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. We got an upgrade to a spacious double room. Nice small onsen (gender separated) with an in theory good system for it not beeing overcrowded. It would be nice if other guests would actually follow these onsen rules... Very nice staff with very good english skills. Tasty european style breakfast. The whole hotel seems to cater mostly western guests, so don't await a lot of japanese feeling here.
