“Excelent location, innfront of the JR station, couple of minutes from the other station. Very friendly staff. near center of town, next to the bus stop.”
“The hotel is situated in a very beatiful location on the bank of the valley. It's a very traditional and old-fashioned ryokan with a great onsen. It has a bunch of wooden cottages nearby which is a cheaper option, I think. You still get access to the onsen, and the view from the cottage is also beautiful. There's also a 7-11 across the street which is helpful as in this little town it might be otherwise difficult to obtain food at certain times of the day. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Tobu-Nikko station, so it's possible to explore Nikko during your stay as well.”
“I keep coming back here at least once a year. This is the quintessential ryokan experience. There's absolutely nothing I can say that would match how joyful it is to stay here. Book now.”
“Absolutely fantastic approach of local staff, we were local kimono and went for dinner and breakfest. Incredible metal. We visited and enjoy onsen . Strongly recommended”
