“Our room towards the street was clean and spacey, although with open window quite noisy. The bathroom is well equipped (except body milk and conditioner). The cosmetic mirror with 6x enlargement is a wonderful addition. Further that we received free transportation card for the public transport within Innsbruck (by tram ~45 min). The receptionists were very friendly and always helpful.
The wellness services (minus massages) are free of charge.
The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food and daily fresh fruits. The restaurant can be recommended, the menu stays the same every night.”
“The hotel and location are amazing! It took about 25 Min by foot from the bus station. For me it was fine, I enjoyed the nature on my way to hotel every day :)
The rooms have a nice mountain view and, as other already said in feedbacks, breakfast is very diverse and they have a nice terrace for breakfast!
I had a room with a balcon and it was just perfect :)
At my birthday I had a perfect brekfast with a mountain view. And the staff even prepared for me a little compliment! I was very surprised and it definetely made my day!

“This is a clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location. Buses at the door, the river and mountains directly behind you, and plenty of places to eat and drink in a 5 minute radius.
The staff are welcoming and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and gave us good suggestions for things to see.
Two English news channels and loads of sport if you want some TV time.
Bathroom was good and the bed very comfortable.
I would stay again.”
