The property was as expected. We had a two bedroom unit. One bedroom was large and the other quite small. There is no common area other than the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed. The building is quiet and the unit was clean. We choose the property because of the location and price. The metro is 150 feet away with both green and brown lines, so it's extremely easy to get into the city center (15 minutes) and train stations. There's a very good restaurant area about 3 blocks west. A market is next to the metro. We were able to drop off our bags while the unit was being cleaned, which we appreciated.

Wonderfully charming home. Everything you need is there with excellent attention to detail. Comfort in every room. For our family of five I can't think of a better place to stay. While we didn't use it, the kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of teas and coffee was nice for starting the day. Bathroom fully provided all needs...even heated floor. Beds and pillows were ideal. Patio and outdoor setting is peaceful and serene. Location has public transportation nearby and great brewery just up the strert.

Nothing to not like.street. It's difficult for a family of five to find as comfortable accommodations as Villa Maxglan provides. While it did not at all impact us, public transport is a seven minute or so walk. If you need transport next to you that may dissuade you from here. But it's flat with sidewalks so get your steps in.

Everything! The location but mostly - the design, the LP player in the room, the most comfy bed I knew (if someone from the hotel read this - please message me about the exact model of the mattress as I really wish to buy this for home!) and the stunning roof. Usually stay at apartments but I loved it so much that I think I’ll be back!!! Ah, the price was great!

Great location and staff was very helpful. No parking but they have a parking structure a few minutes away and they provide a discount. Great to have if you want to explore outside the city center. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Also next door to restaurant and shops.

Good size. Very clean. Excellent location. Short walk to the Ringstrasse. The trolley stop is nearby. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower with very hot water. Full kitchen.

The AC was inconsistent. Upstairs kitchen and lounge was perfect, but the downstairs bedroom was too warm.

Shower handle need replacement as water was coming out from head. No kettle in the room Worn-out chair upholstery. Female receptionist ( on June 2 evening) was unfriendly & annoyed at questions being asked. She’s a liability to the hotel. This is hospitality business so She should not be in this kind of work.

I booked a double bed but received two twins. Of course you can slide them together... But they scoot easily and somebody ends up wedged in the crack 😂
