Only suggestion that the reception staff had. Informed us about how the outside shutters worked. Perhaps full frosty glass on bathroom doors .

Excellent hotel! Nothing less than that! A very beautiful, well-designed room, full of light and a stunning view. Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast! Excellent location for hiking in Tyrol (that's what we did for four days), 10 minutes by car from the center of Innsbruck, you get a "Welcome to Innsbruck" card which allows unlimited use of public transportation and a one-time ride on four cable cars. Free indoor parking. A bus is at the door of the hotel and a regional train is a 3-minute walk away

Temperatures were 10 degrees higher than average for this time of year and note there is no air conditioning. We were aware of this prior to booking and did not see it as a problem. Room cooled down with window being open in the evening.

Great location, <5 minute walk to the tram which gets you in the Innsbruk in 20/25 minutes. Also a great location to travel the other direction up into the mountains for some hikes and seeing the surrounding area. Breakfast was great, rooms were large with a large bathroom. Mutters is a very small, picturesque quaint town/area. We found one restaurant (Saint Lucia) for pizza/pasta which we would recommend. You would need to book if not going early! The local bakery was also fab and surprising for the size of the town! Bäckerei Töpfer! Lovely for coffee or lunch. The welcome card included with the stay also was of great use! Given we stayed 3 nights we got 4 free cable car rides. We used one of them to go up Muttereralam which had a traditional Austrian restaurant at the top which is worth a visit in itself.

The hotel had nice and attentive staff, making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Its location is excellent, with close proximity to the tram/train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The forest ambiance creates a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The restaurant food and drinks were also amazing. The hotel owner sent her son to drive and drop us to the central train station when we couldn't catch a taxi. Kudos for the extra mile service and lovely accommodation.

The Panda room we had is not that big, it has no balcony, which is a pitty considering the incredible view around! The hotel has no facility for kids, no place to stay outside, except for the restaurant terrace, no playground. It is rather a spa destination, I would not go there again with kids!

With no air conditioning, we had to leave the balcony door open all night. Restaurant/bar was directly below our room, it was very loud until almost midnight. Church bells all night long. I didn't care for the frosted glass bathroom door.

Great place to stay with. We received cards for public transport (which are 5 minutes walk from the hotel) to get you straight into the centre in 30-40 minutes. Also the view is super.

If I can nitpick, then it’s the drinking fountain at breakfast. Fresh orange juice would be much more preferred, and would fit in so much better with every other item you serve.

- The room is not quite functional as it has only 1 bathroom (with shower and bathtub, and a toilet) plus another 1 toilet close to the entrance lift. For a family of 6, we have to queue for taking shower. - Parking space is limited.

- We got the top floor apartment with direct lift access to our room, assume it’s a penthouse. Very big room with lots of space and a very nice city view. - Free breakfast is good and very convenient.

During hot weather, the room in the evening was too warm to sleep, as there aren‘t any air conditionings or temperature controls. Sleeping with open window(s) not recommended, too noisy. Body milk as well as daily fresh water bottles would’ve been a plus. It was a pity, that the mirror light in the bathroom could only be turned on with the ceiling light. The sliding door to the bathroom is only covered with a Motiv of the alps, for my liking too less privacy during toilet or shower. Shadows could easily be detected, less transparency would be highly appreciated.

Our room towards the street was clean and spacey, although with open window quite noisy. The bathroom is well equipped (except body milk and conditioner). The cosmetic mirror with 6x enlargement is a wonderful addition. Further that we received free transportation card for the public transport within Innsbruck (by tram ~45 min). The receptionists were very friendly and always helpful. The wellness services (minus massages) are free of charge. The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food and daily fresh fruits. The restaurant can be recommended, the menu stays the same every night.

Very good beds, good sleep, amazing view, clean, very helpful staff and a very diversified and very good breakfast. He had a little problem with the door in our room, the receptionist very quickly helped us with a new room, even an upgrade, so we can enjoy our stay without any small problems. This is very good customer service, recommend this hotel to everyone, would stay again for sure.
