The location was perfect few steps from train station, The 13th floor was panoramic with spectacular mountain views.

Paid parking. The parking space available are in a public parking space under the hotel. There is a lift straight into the hotel but the hotel does not comp the fees.

Staff was very nice, we only stayed for 1 night so we did not have time to look around the hotel that much. Beds are comfortable.

The location was perfect for me, right next to the train station. The bed was really confortable, the staff pleasant and the breakfast was really good. On the 13th floor, where the breakfast is held, one can have basically a 360 degree view of the hole city.

Really great location between the train station and the city centre, rooms were great with a beautiful view of the mountains. Sky bar was also a massive highlight!

Brilliant location right next to the main Innsbruck Station. Great room on 12th Floor with superb views over the city & Mountains. Great bar on the top floor. Lovely super friendly & helpful staff.

Didn't like the pattern on the Grey carpet, made it look dirty however it wasn't. A plain carpet would suffice.

The hotel was excellent - location was better than expected (actually about 25 meters only) - staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist and make our stay that much more special. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room; however, you can take hot water from the bar in 13th floor. Paper cups in the room with no glass or normal cups. No refrigerator.

Location was superb to the train station and the city center. Helpful staff, thanks Amr. Room was clean and big. Very nice view from 12th floor. Soundproofing great. Nice lobby.

While we had a very pleasant stay, the breakfast buffet could be improved by adding few warm food options. And also it would be nice to have normal glass glasses for drinking water in the room instead of one-use disposable ones (but you can get them from the bar upstairs).

Amazing view to the city and convenient location while travelling by car. The polite and helpful staff made us feel welcomed and made sure that my fiancès birthday would be memorable by assigning us a room with mesmerizing view to the city and mountains. The sound isolation was good, no noise coming from outside of the city (I am a light sleeper). Convenient (although pricey) underground parking. Would definitely choose this hotel again while in Innsbruck.

The VIEW ! Corner room with glass 180 degree panoramic view of the mountains. Tidy and practical room. Literally overlooks the station, ideal for eurorailers, close enough to the town which is lovely

The room was quite cramped - which I would put down to the layout. We had a corner room which had floor to ceiling windows along most of 2 walls & the Tv placed across one corner between the windows which limited movement around the room - with 2 suitcases it was impossible to easily walk around the bed. I would have asked to change the room but it was only for 1 night.

We only stayed here one night to break up our train journey. This hotel is close to the station & modern. Our room & bathroom were clean & comfortable (if cramped). Staff helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Really nothing, but I feel I should point out that the large windows in the rooms extend all the way to the floor. This makes for a great view, but if you have a great fear of heights, you might want to ask for a low floor!

My room was quite large, and on the 12th floor, with a wonderful view of Innsbruck. The beakfast is served on the 13th floor, with a wrap-a-round view, and it was very complete.
