  • The Roebuck Inn Review score: 8

“A lovely little en suite room, it felt very cosy and modern. The bed was comfortable, the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious, they had orange juice waiting on our table ready for us. Highly recommend if you need a pit stop in the area.”

  • Queens Hotel Review score: 8

“Loved the hotel! Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable bed, had a bath that was good! Would have like a later breakfast Time only had one hour slot ,and was really busy but was served quickly and staff pleasant. The entertainment at night was for the older guests we are in our 50s but youngest there but to us it didn’t matter we also enjoyed the exercise going up and down the stairs to the 5th floor which we was on … all in all we enjoyed our stay in the queens hotel and would stay there again .”

  • Ashdown Park Hotel Review score: 8

“The location was fabulous, watching the deer on the golf course in the evening was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly, attentive without being too overbearing. The location was the winning factor for our stay here. I wouldn't stay here again as I think there are hotels out there that are much better value for money.”
