Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were very friendly and helpful; the 24hr desk is very useful. Although the accommodation does not provide breakfast they provide a breakfast bag with fruit etc. And a discount at the breakfast across the road which was very nice.

United KingdomWe are very pleased with the hotel and the room we stayed in. The only downside of our room was the regulation of the shower temperature (the control was very difficult to move) and the view from the window, which was specified in the offer and reflected in the reduced room price during the transparent process of booking the room, so we knew what we were choosing and cannot complain.
The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the beach and very close to the city center, train station, shops and restaurants. We had a nice, clean, warm and cozy room and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. It's a pity we only stayed one night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I wish well.

ItalyVery little...although sheets were crisply laundered...there remained a few stains on towel ..bath mat ..and sheets...however if they come back from laundry folded only the person making the beds would see this...
Great welcome at reception very informative and helpful..very comfy beds and pillows..lovely hot plentiful water for bath Plenty soaps etc..Great view of sea from window...vending machine for snacks.. available alcohol to buy if wanted..2 nice seating areas on ground floor...chocolate biscuits(wrapped) on hall table to help yourself...and also bowl of sweets at reception...lovely helpful young lady at reception next a.m...and a snack bag of croissant yogurt and satsuma jam and butter available for all guests...which wasn't expected...wasn't noted on booking...so a yummy pleasant surprise...the hotel was being rejuvenated repainted outside which looked really good/modern grey...it goes to show hotel cared to spend £..they even scratched off the date etc for £2 parking ticket which was cheaper than parking meters...it was the quietest hotel we ever stayed in..it seemed like rooms wernt that close to each other to get disturbed by other guests....it felt to me like it was privately owned re all the lil extras added... Well done West Rocks..we would definitely like to return..👍💐

United KingdomIt could benefit from double glazing, as traffic can be noisy, but it wasn’t a big problem.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a double bed and a single bed in a separate attached room. I had my bike with me and the hotel stored it for me in their basement when I wasn’t using it. This was really helpful. It’s a quirky hotel (in a good way) and reminded me of some of the really good Youth Hostels I used to stay in with communal facilities (pool table, honesty bar etc)
