“This was a clean hotel and the staff were delightful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was also excellent with wonderful sea views although on my first morning I was woken up by the start of the Eastbourne Triathlon taking place opposite the hotel. This is a hotel that positively encourages owners to bring their dogs and even has special afternoon teas for them so if you like dogs you are in the right place. It is just round the corner from the Congress Theatre and the hotel offers discounts for pre theatre dinners on production of your ticket. I understand this is a family run hotel and is being gradually refurbished as the owners can afford it. I would definitely stay here again for its convenient location and its warm friendly atmosphere (but maybe not when the Eastbourne Triathlon is on!!!!)”
