“This was our first time visiting La Garda, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The customer service and staff was great. The facilities was very clean. And the breakfast was truly 10/10 with so much variety and quality food. The staff was consistently attentive any accommodations during our entire few weeks traveling in Italy.
Further, on the day of checkout, we unfortunately left our wallet behind. When we realized, in a panic we called the Resort, and immediately they mobilize to go to the room to look for it for us, they took our loss seriously and made genuine effort to help us. They called us within the hour to inform us they have located it. And because it was a weekend, they needed till weekday to find shipping method so they can send it to us. I was worried they would forget about this and not get back to us, however they did not forget and reached out to let us know they will ship it right away. We are extremely grateful for attentiveness and extremely high level of customer service. Preparing nice room is one thing, but helping us in moment of trouble is above and beyond. Thank you @staff for your kindness to helping us.

“The location is great. It is just 8 min walk to the center and close to the start of several hiking trails.
The whole place is very silent, it is easy to relax!
The breakfast is marvellous: quality products, amazing choice, good-looking dishes. It is a pleasure to go eating every morning!
The equipments are new and well maintained, including the spa. Wifi works well.
Provision of bicycles and access to the spa is great: you can relax in silence after hiking or biking all day.

“From outside it looks like a normal hotel, but wait to see the room: every room is decorated with a unique theme: our room was Barbie, great if there are small children. We were told that there is a room dedicated to Arsenio Lupin. Rooms clean, staff very polite and helpful, breakfast buffet was good”
