A very new hotel with several automated/technologically controlled features but nothing too challenging! Superb ensuite. Proper large bath towels, wonderful walk in shower Comfortable bed Pleasant view of town and lake though a few industrial buildings in the foreground The room was light, bright, airy, very clean Great balcony with nice furniture and view Extensive breakfast buffet choices (including some hot dishes to order) in lovely seating area with views and outdoor terraces. Only criticism would be difficulty of selecting items when there was no counter space to put a dish/plate down whilst serving items onto it Very efficient daily room service Wonderful lighting - so many options providing excellent illumination or subtle lighting effects Excellent parking in secure underground garage

Views , clean , modern , friendly staff, amazing breakfast, gluten free options good. Pool area lovely , only downside not that walkable into Riva but ok at we had a car . Highly recommend this hotel !!

Street noise.

What an amazing staff.....housekeeping, desk, breakfast...what a team! The property has amazing views and gorgeous breakfast terrace! Food was exceptional. The Spa is fabulous.....definitely should not be missed. We were not crazy about our room as we were on the bottom floor and there was significant street traffic. If you are noise sensitive, book your room on an upper floor! Overall a sweet stay!

Just found bed slightly too hard but this seems the norm from other hotels we have stayed at....again though this is personal preference. A kettle in the bedroom would have been a good addition

Staff were very efficient, kind and helpful. Excellent buffet continental breakfast. Room, pool, spa and hotel in general exceptionally clean. Spa visit for two hours was very very nice with all you need for relaxation. Walking distance to the cascades a couple of minutes, easy to get into Riva and short drive to canale di tenno and arco.

Everything was fine. Just keep in mind you do need a car of you want to wander around other towns also.

The location is amazing, very nice view to Lago di Garda and 4 min walk to Cascate del Varone. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. We would definitely come back!

Great view from the room, over the mountains and lake, the same view also from breakfast room, and even from the spa. Fantastic breakfast, possible to eat also on the terrace. Great spa, saunas, pool, jacuzzi. We stayed just for night and enjoyed it very much!

Things didn't charge in the room without a light on so couldn't charge devices when we sleep

Location fine - but not many restaurants so make sure you have a car if you stay here in my opinion. Staff are very nice. Bed comfy. Shower great. Breakfast really really great, home made cakes are very nice make sure you save space for a slice.

Perfect place to stay! The hotel in located uphill from Lake Garda, so you will find a beautiful view, especially from breakfast room! Rooms are made in modern style, they are new, tidy and clean. Breakfast is delicious, various, with hot and cold food, pastries. They have a really calm atposphere so it is a perfect place to relax. Personnel is max pleasant.

Our stay at Garni' Foci was nothing short of a perfect escape. Nestled among the mountains, the setting was simply breathtaking. Every time we stepped outside or looked out a window, we were in awe. The staff was more than just accommodating; they were truly exceptional. Their kindness and helpfulness were unparalleled, making us feel right at home, and we found ourselves genuinely enjoying their company. Breakfast was a delight and the coffee was fantastic. We lost count of how many latte macchiatos we had throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccable, offering cleanliness, comfort, and a view of the mountains that was simply enchanting to wake up to. The poolside experience felt luxurious and came with stunning views that overlooked the towering mountains, lush vineyards, and Lake Garda from afar. With only a quick 10 minute walk to the local piazza of Varone or a short taxi ride into Riva del Garda, we spent each day comfortably exploring without ever sacrificing the peaceful ambiance. We were so captivated by Garni' Foci that we altered our plans, extending our stay an extra night. It left such an indelible mark and I can't sing enough praises about this extraordinary experience or wait to return.

Nothing - we liked everything about this place.

All rooms have a view of the lake and of the town of Riva del Garda and the view was wonderful. We had a balcony that was nice for the morning coffee and the afternoon drink. The breakfast was also great. There was a lot to choose from and the setting of the breakfast area was superbe with inside and outside tables looking out at the lake. There is also free underground parking and an elevator that takes care of the lifting of your luggage. The pool area looked lovely. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to use it. We really really loved the place and will definitely go back.

Everything about our stay in Grani Foci was jest perfect. Our room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Each room has own balcony or terrace. The outdoor pool was just outstanding with the perfect view! Personel was friendly and helpful with providing the information and set up for a guest card. Each day we had an amazing breakfast, always fresh and tasty with multiple choices. Would definitely come back there.
