The beds and linens weren’t the most comfortable for us and the AC took a long time to cool the room.

Denise, who was at the reception was wonderfully helpful with information and made an excellent recommendation (and reservation) for dinner. Breakfast was very good. They have bikes you can rent and we were able to do a long ride to the town of Arco, a highlight of our stay in Garda.

It should not be like i enter my room and see some leaflet saying "bikes free for hotel guests". Then i go to reception and ask for bicycles and i am told that as a booking guest it s not valid for me. Only thing that i realy did not like, booking guest should be treated same as "normal"(?) customer.

This place is just perfect. Perfect location, friendly staff. Highly recommended. And breakfast is just amazing, you can even order omelette or fresh orange juice.

Amazing staff! Walking distance everywhere! Breakfast was great and they have a semi-full bar to relax in the evening with different wine to taste. Free secured and covered parking! Extra bonus, if you’re cycling, they have washing facilities on-site!

The internet was very slow st evening. Air con was not turned on when the weather got cold. When it was very warm outside the air con did not work properly and then they turned it off.

- breakfast can be improved. It seems more of a variety of cheeses and salamis but without combination for breakfast. - due to shower not being in separate room, it was easy to create humidity in the room

- location was top - private garage inside and outside - friendly staff and allowed us to park until 13:00 of the next day

A terrible plastic sofa in the livingroom ruined the living area. A little challenging to a tall person. Not much space for clothes.

Maybe the soundproofing was not great, but it's difficult to complain if you stay in the room only for the night etc.

Everything was simply great! Room nice and clean, standard but very tasty breakfast, more than a helpful staff. All the facilities, including parking and all the areas of the hotel were really great!

Super friendly/helpful staff. On-site underground secure parking a major unexpected plus. Breakfast included many local cheeses and meats in addition to the normal fare. All delicious .

Extremely friendly staff. The location is great, very close to the centre (2 min walk). The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent (great choice and local products too). I highly recommend a visit.

Nothing at all.

We were two families with young kids and the staff were extremely welcoming, even though we weren’t the quietest party. We wanted to extend our stay and they really helped us out with prices and logistics. The on-site playground next to the restaurant terrace is a great for kids to let off some steam in the morning. The suite was spacious and the beds really comfy. Will definitely return there if I’m ever in the area!

I wish I had known there was a lift before I lugged my suitcase up the stairs! I wish they hadn’t run out of coffee mugs to sell me; I wanted a souvenir of my stay.

The weather! We had such bad luck with the weather, but at least the hotel was so comfortable and room lovely, we spent time there with pleasure.

Quirky, funny decorative details everywhere! Excellent parking possibilities. Room was great, with well equipped kitchenette. Location was great with a dog, with small park in the corner. Plenty of services within few minutes walk. The breakfast was one of the best I had in any hotel in Italy. Big variety of options, great coffee, fresh options! And the staff. Everyone we met were just amazingly nice, polite, friendly and you saw that they loved to work there. Already thinking for the next visit!

This place is worth to consider when You visiting Garda. Very kind and open personel. Big and comfort rooms. Good breakfast with fresh coffee, scrambled eggs, prosciutto, cheese and veggies. Good location. Free underground parking.

Should be a parking entrance sign because it is very easy to miss the entrance.

Excellent hotel, large and decorated room, very clean, good location. Varied and delicious breakfast. Pleasant garden with facilities for children. The hotel staff is very kind. Highly recommended!
