“This property is exceptional! It had every facility required for a comfortable stay, and the variety of amenities made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Housekeeping were exceptional with their work, and very accomodating to our requests. The hotel was in the perfect location, situated close to many 24 hour marts, eateries and opposite a mall & train station which took us to the city centre (Dotonbori). It is also a 15 minute walk from Osaka Castle. Front desk were very professional and incredibly friendly! We found it very affordable as well! Definitely a 10/10, highly recommend.”

“The new hotel had a great location—just minutes from Namba Station, which was convenient for the Rapi:t train to Kansai International Airport, and about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The staff were helpful, and the lounge on the 32nd floor was enjoyable with our Club access (made us feel like we were in Bangkok too). The complimentary late check-out was a nice bonus.”

“The location is great, in the centre of Shinsaibashi with plenty of choices of restaurants and bars in walking distance. It is a very quiet hotel despite being in the centre of a busy district. The hotel had all the facilities we needed with excellent breakfast and laundry facilities. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better.”

Great French baker a block away, which is great because it’s very hard to get good bread in Japan; terrific local coffee shop (SOT Coffee)”
