Hotel could consider having water filters alongside ice machines on each floor, instead of providing new bottles of water everyday. This would probably be more environmentally friendly in the long term.

Very clean and new facilities, comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Location is excellent, especially if you're taking the rapit airport transfer to/from kansai international airport. We also liked that it was within walking distance from dotonburi and kuromon market, so plenty of food nearby.

the area around the sink is a bit small especially for 2 guests we have our own washroom stuff to put. Also if its wooden floor it will be great

Not much to dislike

Newish hotel located in the heart of Osaka City. Conveniently located 5 min away by walking to the Nanba stations where trains run direct to Kansai Airport. The hotel is also directly connected underground to the Osaka Metro (exit 12) so on rainy days you don't get wet walking to the station. Lots of activity, food and shopping options outside the hotel. Rooms are decent sized, clean and bed is nice.

Great hotel in Namba area. Can exit the metro station right into the hotel. Conveniently located to Dontonburi area and JR train station to Nara. Modern hotel with great western and Japanese buffet breakfasts. Took the food tour found on AirBnb with Chie that started at Cross hotel 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this food tour to start your stay in Osaka.

This was my favorite hotel out of the many I stayed at on our trip! Although there was some construction around the hotel, our room was very quiet. Would absolutely stay here if coming back to Osaka again.

I loved the location. There's an entrance going to the metro, and another entrance to family mart. It's so near dotonbori. I loved how bright and clean it is. I loved the toilet T_T They had UCC coffee

Wished the views weren’t blocked by the metal pillars from the outside but it wasn’t too off putting.

1. THE LOCATION. It is accessible via exit 12 of Namba station which was right beside the gantry we exited from. We just had to take the lift up to level 11 to check-in at the front desk. VERY CONVENIENT. 2. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. 3. I really liked that the room was a mix of modern and tradition aesthetic with the inclusion of traditional Japanese wooden sliding windows separating the toilet windows from the room.

Nothing. This hotel was by far the highlight of my trip to Japan.

The location of this hotel is right above the train station, and its extremely convenient to get to all of the popular tourist sites in Osaka. Dontonburi is literally accross the street. The minibar in the room was FREE including alcohol. The buffet features suhi and waygu, at an excellent price.

The service staff was lacking in delivering good service. I didnt feel welcome at all during my registration especially after a long flight and checking in at almost dinner time. My 16 year old daughter and i were dragging 3 luggages and no one offered help to at least bring them to our room during check-in. Very disappointing

Breakfast was splendid and delightful experience with lots of variety and even champagne
