Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The room is nice and spacious. You can see the subway station at the front door. I like the free simple bar in the dining room next to the lobby every day between 3 pm to 9 pm. The hotel is located a bit far from the CBD but won't take too long to get to. Overall it's a nice hotel with a great deal.

PhilippinesFor the complimentary breakfast, we like the bread and pastries buffet but it will be better if there are also some savory food that goes well with bread such as eggs, bacon, and sausage.
The rooms are big, perfect for families. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is also a train station just outside the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant and we like the daily welcome drinks from 3pm to 9pm (coffee, tea, juice, soda, etc). Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would like to stay there again on our next visit.

SingaporePillows were on the small side. Hotel was very strict about breakfast hours. We saw on hotel website that breakfast ends 10am and went down at 9:40am, however the cafe sign said 9:30am and we were turned away.
The service was superb. One of us sustained a leg injury while on holiday, and we sought the hotel reception's advice for a clinic or hospital. I regret not getting his name but one staff member in particular helped us tremendously. He sourced a hospital with a medical interpreter, though unfortunately the interpreter was not available that day. As an alternative we asked where we could buy crutches, which we eventually ordered from Amazon and had delivered to the hotel. The hotel staff including other receptionists continued to enquire after our well-being till check out and beyond. The room was excellent — roomy and beautiful. Lighting was well done. Large comfortable bed, though the pillows could have been better. The toilet was also fantastic, with the toilet bowl, sink, and shower/bath in separated areas. Shower included a stool for sitting down (which was most helpful due to the leg injury). Breakfast consists of baked goods like croissants, doughnuts, etc. and was tasty.

This property is close to the main train line back to Osaka city and also across the water from universal studios and the aquarium. Walking distance to shopping mall and location is quiet away from the city. Rooms are large and having a large dining / sitting area great for family’s.

VietnamBreakfast was complimentary but basic. Mostly sweet foods with toast and limited spreads. Would have been greatly improved with a few more options such as cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, or simple Japanese style breakfast. Location good for Universal Studios, but a little remote from central Osaka and certain airports.
Great value for money. Excellent space in the room which included a table for meals and a small lounge. Great for families. Nice touches such as complimentary food and soft drink/tea/coffee during the day/evening and pyjamas in the room for all of us. Lovely and friendly service at check in. Fantastic to have a new, clean laundry onsite. Cleanliness exceptional.

United StatesBreakfast could use at yogurt. It's basically just a continental. I bought and brought a yogurt each day. Added the nuts and raisins which really added to being satisfied. However, for the price and value any breakfast was great.
The hotel is very new and it feels.like it. .Rooms were large. Location was right by train and Aquarium but still quiet. Being by the train made getting around really easy. It was a great find.
