The breakfast is rich with lot of sweet stuff (donuts and such), but what I missed was eggs, ham, cheese or even some japanese onigiri to fill you up for breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and offers very comfortable beds. The rooms are spacious, well equiped and well isolated from the noise.

Really great experience. Staff are absolutely lovely. Nice dark and very quiet room considering the view out the window is directly level with the train station (4F); no train noise at all. Very deep bath, nice big room, lots of useful items such as slippers, toiletries, pyjamas. Really great spot for getting to Aquarium, Tempozam Ferris wheel and getting to USJ by ferry (but not getting home)

I liked everything. Some people complain about the breakfast. Yes some protein would be nice, but we knew ahead of time that it was Continental so it was fine.

First visit to Japan. Son lives in that area. Train was very convenient. All employees were fabulous. Went above & beyond to make our stay so comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast. It was nice and tasty, but it's not really a real breakfast.

The service team was absolutely the best I've encountered. I have to highlight Nabil, amazing person and made our stay much better than we expected, helped with everything and was very considerate of everything. The best service I've had. I also want to highlight Manami, helped us a lot and was very welcoming and kind.

Everything was perfect. A little pricey, but worked for us as our son lives close by. Maybe could add some protein to breakfast or cereal.

All employees were so very nice & so very kind. Being our first trip to Japan it was a little overwhelming, but all employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Train right outside our front door, but still very quiet. People have complained about the breakfast, but we knew what it was before we got there so it was fine.

Limited savoury breakfast items

love it. Just a short walk from train station and you can take a free ferry or the train to USJ under half an hour. It is not walking distance from USJ but you can clearly see its location from Google map. So I don’t agree with another reviewer that it had misleading information. The Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless, very huge compared to other hotels in Japan. Very lovely bathrooms! Beds are very comfortable. The place is very quiet and peaceful despite next to the main road. Great blackout curtain and sound-proof glass. Breakfast is simple with pastries, tea, coffee and juice. Quite a few small shops and restaurants nearby. Just Walking distance to Ferris wheel and aquarium.

Breakfast was free but was more towards sweet food. Savoury items were barely present.

Staff were one of the best I have interacted with. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were all clean and tidied up every day. The afternoon drinks especially after a hot day of travel in the city helped cool us down. Next time in Osaka we are staying here.

Breakfast in the word - was not! and Absolutely useless breakfasts. ((( It was hard for me without a normal breakfast. Not even the opportunity to order just an omelet or fried eggs. Only buns and dried fruits for breakfast - it's disgusting

This hotel gave us a VERY large room for any country but especially for Japan. Even though the subway is right outside you can not hear the trains at all. Breakfast was included and was very nice.

location a little far from the main Osaka area, air conditioner vent is located in the hallway entryway (keeps the entry hallway and the bathroom cool, the bedroom not so much). not enough washers and dryers, but they were very efficient. there is quite a bit of street noise at night from racing cars and motorcycles especially during Fridays and Saturdays ( no fault of the hotel).

breakfast is just a collection of pastries, its the same everyday but they are delicious. kids enjoyed the free snacks and soda for the evening. hotel and room is clean. bed is comfortable. staff was very nice and helpful. good water pressure in shower. hotel has ice machine which is not common in Japan hotels. next door to convenience store and subway line. 10 minute walk to Osaka Aquarium. grocery store and drug store is around a 5 minute walk from hotel. prices is significantly cheaper than convenience store.

My only one complaint was that the air conditioning was set in terms with the low lowest temperature temperature to 25 and it was very hot and uncomfortable at night and we could not lower the temperature as it was

We booked a room for 4 people. We had two queen beds, so not particularly comfortable, but cannot complain given the price paid.

Hotel is located near the aquarium, in a quite neighborhood with a couple of good restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a simple breakfast with Costa coffee and some patisserie.There is also a laundry at the ground floor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bed was a little hard and pillow a little flat but otherwise everything else was great.

Breakfast was very basic but hit the spot. Baked goods tea and coffee. Bed was quite hard but room was fantastic. Location and price were excellent Staff were extremely friendly!
