“We used the train from the airport which comes onto the loop line and stops right by the hotel and was very easy to manage. We had booked a family room and it was one of the best such rooms we have ever stayed in: good size bunkbeds, space to sit by the window, kitchenette, comfy beds. You have to pay extra for fancy breakfast on the upper restaurant, but we found the breakfast in Sara's downstairs offered good coffee and a good selection of food, and you can borrow books to look at whilst there. The staff were very helpful. The complex around the hotel offers family mart, pharmacy, book shop, icecream parlour, we at at the pancake cafe too and this was tasty and reasonably priced. Visited the onsen and the gym, both very good, and kids enjoyed the sort of fake grass village square for running about before bed. Very easy to use overground and subway trains from here and we enjoyed Osaka very much. Would visit again!”
