The staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. The location although it shares an entrance with an adult gaming suite, was in a very good position in Belgrade, right in the centre and walkable to lots of the tourist spots.

Unfortunately our room was extremely small. It was very hard to store our luggage and move around the space comfortably. The location shared an entrance with an adult gaming suite and there was no lobby or shared rooftop terrace as pictured in the images. The stairwells were sketchy, windows were broken and the foyer smelt like cigarettes. The facilities weren’t great either. The bed was small, the pillows were uncomfortable, the shower frame was broken.

The apartment is clean and has very nice equipment. We arrived late at night but it wasn't a problem. The owner is very nice and suggested us to check out later. I hope to come back sometime.

Worm welcome from staff on duty. Very helpful in presenting possibilities for dining, buying. Their suggestions were perfect. Room was small but with better organization can be seen larger.

Food for breakfast in general was good but bread and croissant from "yesterday" are not acceptable. Organization of breakfast can be better. Only one lady cannot check quests and look over the empty dishes,
