Clean and cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need. It's located in a good position close to the centre. The staff was always kind and helpful. The best place to stay if you want to visit Belgrade!
Staff behaviour and we're not kind. Room is extremely small for a family of 2. Toilets were not clean, AC not cooling.
Check in and check out time is not as per normal standards - very unsatisfactory.
Overall there is no customer service what soo ever. It feels they are doing us a favour.
To top it all, the lift stopped working and had to walk up and down stairs to transport luggages.
