Exceptional stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location. Everything very close to city center basically walking distance and the building and apartment brand new. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, very central and near the bus stops close to one of the main streets. OUr host, Gorica, was very very kind and helpful, All went very well. Looking forward to visiting again and staying in the the same place.

The apartment is spacious, with new furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Parking is tricky, but that is due to the area rather than the accommodation itself. Would be nice if there were thicker curtains or roller blinds/shutters to block out the morning light.

Room is super small not for Family of four. Bedroom is so small that bed dosent fit. Bed is tuching both walls. So you have to jump over sombody to get on your side of the bed. Kitchen is small you can evan make quick beckfast. Pool is not included in price (adidtional €25 per person) and agen its so small And to Many people in it. Staff is super rude at the reception (need major training on how to work with people). AT 11am text was send to us to get out ASAP. Super confusing since we payed a lot for that stay.

On first place i would say front desk lady. She was very unprofessional, unkind and unhelpful. Everything we asked for she didn't manage on right way. And if some of managers reading this reviews i would like someone to contact me to explain what happened. Second place, only one elevator in hotel that we waihing sometimes 10minutes to went inside. Third place location is central but entrance of hotel is right next tot to public buss stations, u have to fight with people to go inside hotel. For me looks unsafe. Fourth, saunas in spa doesn't heating. Fifth, breakfast is ridiculous!
