We stayed at Arcadia 22 in the Belgrade Waterfront area, and our experience was outstanding! The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped, offering all the comfort you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Belgrade, with a stunning view and close proximity to all major attractions. A special highlight was the host, Slobodan, whose hospitality went above and beyond. He was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to stay in the apartment past the check-out time, as our transportation was scheduled for 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more relaxing and stress-free. We highly recommend Arcadia 22 to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation in Belgrade. Huge thanks to Slobodan for everything; we’ll definitely be back!

The stuff was very friendly. The cleaning lady and the reception lady were very kind and very helpful. The room was very clean always. The van driver was very helpfull, always on time and helping us with the ski equpiment. Also the guy from the restaurant that was serving us was very kind and helpfull. Great place and people.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The yard is very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.

It's not the staff's fault: the people who lived in the hostel hadn't respect for other people: they created dirt in the toilet room, the sink and floor flooded. Considering that we lived in a room for girls, it was doubly unpleasant. Тhe furniture is worn out.
