It seems the jacuzzi needs more attention in maintenance, it spitted black flakes during the first start. The lift exists and works but it's really small one

The rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are so comfortable and breakfast brought to the room is such a bonus. Th location is perfect for exploring all of Belgrade and there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The staff are exceptional in that they go out of their way to accommodate and help on every way possible with a smile….which is so lovely when you arrive

The room was a bit small for the two of us. There are bigger rooms that look like the pictures but they are more expensive.

The location is right in the middle of the pedestrian only street, but only a minute walk from where you can get dropped off by car. It’s quiet. The bed is very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was just amazing! big room, very big bathroom and a we had balcony with a table, 4 chairs and a swing chair too. Allthough there was only 1 lady at reception each time, we met a few of them. Millica was very helpful on checking us in and showing us on map, main places of Belgrade town centre. Isidora, Mina, Manija and Leena were all very friendly, spoke great English. Best part was Location, right in the middle of Walking cobbled streets of old town. I wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights! We would highly recommend One Luxury Suites, Belgrade, 100%, without hesitation!

The apartment was ultra, modern, immaculate and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be any better, so close to everything especially the pedestrian promenade. The bathroom was huge and there was adequate space for storage and plenty of mirrors

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Excellent location, everything in walking distance. Nice, big rooms, supplied with all the necessary equipment. They arranged a parking for our car! Otherwise it's really difficult to park your car. Mina, the receptionist was very kind, and helpful. She made our stay even more pleasant!
