Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Just around the corner from Masjid Jamek station, surrounded by south Asian eateries and shops, 10-15 mins' walk from Chinatown, Central Market, etc. We requested a room with a window and still got a very quiet room in spite of being in such a busy location. A/C worked great. No weird smells in the room. Good pressure in shower. Very importantly, they provide a water dispenser on the top floor! Love this set up, more hotels should do this instead of providing small plastic water bottles in your room.

RussiaSurprisingly the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was sparkling clean, big comfy double bed, hot shower, white towels, cold enough AC, thick blanket included. The area around the hotel doesn't look good at first sight but the location is very convenient for walking to city sights. I would definitely recommend it for 1-3 nights, but only if you are not planning to stay in all day long, cause the room is not that spacious and a view from the window is a bit sad.

AustraliaThe phone in the room is not working and I am not able to ring the front desk. The issue is not the hair dryer but the power point in the bathroom not working., In the vicinity, it is very dirty and lot of homeless.
Most of the rooms have no window. I was worried in the beginning but turn out well. It had high ceiling and you don't miss the window. The place is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and efficient. I had issue with the hair dryer and the staff attend to it immediately. Location is close to the train station and convenience.
