Love the location and its proximity to the train station (across the street) that took us all over downtown, and restaurants.

Location was good, the interior design was modern, it had barbecue, all the kitchen wares that we needed.

The Wi-Fi was not working. When we called the management, they said it was a problem with the internet company, and because we were there during the weekends, they could not fix it. The sheets were not clean before our arrival, so we did them. The dryer did not work.

Shower wasn't working properly first day. AC was set far too high when we arrived. Staff on site were very helpful getting everything fixed.

It was old, which is fine but it was not taken care of. Doors had kick marks in them, ac unit was all smashed in and mold all around it, stained sheets, mattresses, towels in the bathroom were paper thin and had old stains all over. They charge you an extra $100 pet deposit when you check in but they don’t give it back to you. Called many times to get my money back for the deposit and was asked for my banking info to have money returned. I booked this through booking.com so my info was there to charge me for the room yet not for a refund. First motel that I have ever stayed in that I did not change out of my close and would not sleep on the bed. I got there late at night and very exhausted so all I could do was sit on a very hard old couch and use my own bag as a pillow to get a few hours sleep before leaving very early to continue my trip.

Clean hotel, staff was great! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces, although you pay for parking.

Need more chairs around the pool! Good location but harder to get to the Falls, a more direct route would be nice. Need more selection in the vending machines!
