We were a couple on vacation that stayed almost a week. The property is a 1.5 bedroom flat and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a hairdryer, iron etc. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed to be kitted out with the basics, kettle, toaster etc. Nice building, excellent location, very close to town centre and nice views to the side of the building.

Slight confusion on how to use the remote to enter the building and operate the lift as there were no instructions. Aircon didn’t really do much, so we slept with the porch door open which brings in some noise from the trains below. I can imagine it would get hot in the middle of summer. I saw a fan in one of the cupboards. Couch is not very comfortable.

Really excellent staff, large comfortable rooms, superb bed and our own kitchen (though we had no use for that). The aircon was easily controlled manually and really effective. Would have liked to have access to the balcony too.

Breakfast - that must be some North American thing. Clearly not up to scratch compared to international standards. The breakfast times are ludicrous for holidaying guests (closes at 09:00!). Only coffee/tea, fruit, jogurt and croissants are available. Seems like a joke not wortht he money or time. Also: everything is throw-away. This means that spoons and knives are single use plastic! Are we still in the 1980s? The knives also had sharp corners at the handle. Furthermore, for a hotel this size, the breakfast room was a joke - sitting no more than 18 people at a time.

Owners are very nice and helpful and the property is very clean, just minutes away from the centre of Niagara Falls. Breakfast is all homemade and very filling

There is a fridge provided but no glasses or plates and bowls. They did provide bowls when we asked.

Breakfast - that must be some North American thing. Clearly not up to scratch compared to international standards. The breakfast times are ludicrous for holidaying guests (closes at 09:30!) and everything is throw-away. This means that spoons and knives are cheap wood - so the knives do not cut anything and wood spoons have a disgusting texture when earting yogurt. Furthermore, for a hotel this size, the breakfast room plus overspill room are inadequate. Staff were professional but lacked warmth. Oddly, the large double bed felt very small and some of the sockets did not work at all.

The young lady working the front desk was following orders from a gentleman who looked like a janitor. He was very rude

Comfortable, large rooms.

Windows weren't very soundproof. TV was too basic. I would have like to be able to sign into Netflix like I can in other hotels
