The property is very clean and bright. The beds in the dormitories are comfortable and I particularly liked the privacy curtains that cover the beds.

Room was clean, bathroom was bright and clean, coffee maker and coffee, quiet room. The lounge area in the lobby is bright and inviting.

Pillows are not comfortable...it would be helpful to have a selection of thicknesses, they were all too thick and lumpy. Very tight between the bed and the desk, had to squeeze to get the office chair between the end of the bed and the desk and then there wasn't room to sit at the desk. The lamp on the desk was fasten to the top and couldn't be moved and it was in the sight line from the one chair to sit in to watch TV.

It is in a great location in the heart of Old Quebec City. The staff we encountered are also very friendly.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms are very cramped. When we arrived, we were told the showers on our floor weren’t working. It is generally unclean and in disarray; the bathrooms were very dirty and it seemed as though the blankets provided are not cleaned at all.

Location. View was lovely. Enjoyed the view of the water. Room was fine. Clean.

Staff was not friendly and did not provide any property details. Towels were not replaced. Glasses were not replaced. The patio could have been opened but was only open one day we were there. There was rain in the area, but locally it was fine. The hot tub was only warm and the jets were not sufficient. Saw a cleaning staff having a siesta on a chair in a room.

Could have been a bit cleaner - sheets and towels had some stains (they were washed but still had stains). Line up for checking in and out with only 1 person at the desk.

dirty: sofa with dirty spots, noisy, one slow elevator, reception personnel did not know I was authorised a late checkout and knocked on my door, I forgot a shirt in the wardrobe they said was not there other better options in the town, e.g. Magnolia
