You can check in the day before your trip, they text you your room number and key code. I arrived at 10pm after driving for 4 hours, it was nice to go straight to my room, no long check in process. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. There were outlets everywhere, and not hidden behind things, completely accessible and convenient. Check out was just as easy, clicked a button on my phone and I was gone.

The bathroom had zero water pressure, it took forever to rinse conditioner from my hair.

The location is very relaxing, the room was very spacious and beautiful view. I had booked one bed by mistake and needed an extra bed, so I contacted the staff through the app they responded quickly and accommodated my request even though it was last minute. Any other questions, I asked, I was answered accordingly, I am very pleased with the experience. The place will definitely be my spot next trip to Vancouver.

Beautiful and quiet setting on Pyramid Lake with huge, comfy bed. We made good use of the complimentary tea and hot chocolate at reception and we’re grateful for the loan of bear spray. Glad we didn’t stay in the heart of Jasper which rumbled all day and night with the sound and vibrations of freight trains. The restaurant was absolutely delicious too and a must visit. Thank you!

There was building work and maintenance going on, but this is unavoidable to maintain high standards and we were staying in low season.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good, basic breakfast things. Hot chocolate would be an awesome addition.

Room was large and we were given a free upgrade. Was facing the park. We needed a night somewhere so we chose kamloops but its pretty basic.

The coffee machine wasn't the best but that's not a huge deal. Kamloops itself wasn't brilliant to be honest but not hotels fault. They took $250 damage deposit without asking us.

Breakfast was a huge let down to the amazing hotel. Cooked food was awful. Plastic cutlery and paper plates was so bad ruined the excellent standards. In Oz plastic is banned. Would be better off not offering breakfast.
