We had a wonderful vacation in here. I really enjoyed the fresh air at the resort, it has a beautiful beach, it is very clean and quite peaceful. The reception staff were very enthusiastic and supportive, providing us with a lot of useful information about the surrounding facilities, we were really warmly welcomed during our stay here. Although the hotel is in the process of upgrading, our room had a very nice view of the sea. We will definitely come back next summer.

My package comes with a daily complimentary 30-minute foot massage, which is a superb addition. Despite traveling alone and staying in a double room, I received two breakfasts each morning. Absolutely beautiful room and beautiful boat. Best way to see Ha Long Bay from this luxury cruise. Everything was really beautiful. The food was amazing and so much food! Great selection of drinks and nice wines. The service was amazing, very friendly helpful staff.

The pick up was organised by the company and was a luxury mini bus van, very good. The welcome meal was very good, menu provided and well served by TINA who was a constant pleasure and help throughout our trip. Very relaxing boat, not really too full and plenty of space on deck. Several activities available if required and the staff were very friendly at all times. Well organised as it needed to be . Halong Bay is very picturesque and a must if in the Hanoi area
This has been an absolutely stunning stay. The staff is incredible. The room is incredible, the food is incredible, the cocktails are incredible. The price is VERY fair for what you get. For the amount of luxury you get on the Mon Chéri you'd expect to pay at least five times the amount in Europe.
