This place is an absolute dream, the perfect location to explore the beautiful old town in Hoi An while being able to take a break from the tourist masses (which you'll want and need) and enjoy central Vietnam's countryside, with the peace and quiet of the rice fields. Zest has everything you might need and wish for - amazing breakfast, swimming pool, gym, bar serving food and drinks, spa, a luscious garden, smiling and caring stuff - while also providing free transport to Hoi An's old town and to the nearest public beach. If the transfer's available times do not suit you, you can easily reach the centre within 10 minutes by taxi (Grab) or by bike, or just explore the surroundings where we saw a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. We really just wished we had stayed longer here, the best hotel experience in Vietnam!

Great location amongst the rice fields. Quiet, peaceful but easy access to the beach and old town. The staff are well trained,extremely courteous and friendly. 5 star quality people. The food is healthy and garden fresh. Free yoga and Qigong classes and workshops. Manager Ms. Luyen was exceptional in making my stay comfortable. She leads the way by setting a great example to her staff.

The breakfast was excellent. it checked all the boxes. The coffee and tea could have been better. The location overlooking the river was fantastic. We stayed at the Anantara for 4 nights before moving to the Bay Resort. I wish we had stayed at the Bay Resort for the whole stay. This property was far better than the Anantara, which is a higher ranked property- I don't know why!

Loved the room, spacious, clean, comfortable Entire staff super helpful, friendly, courteous..Vu was so helpful, professional, customer oriented and a pleasure to speak to . Loved breakfast, both pools, great massage, great gym and the free cultural performances and ticketed Memories show were outstanding and a giant plus. Wanted so badly to extend our stay here but flight was problematic..we hope there will be another chance to visit...This resort is a gem

We had the most lovely stay here! The location is beautiful, very serene and lots of ricefields to stroll around. It is a few km from town but for us that was exactly what we were after. Hotel provides daily shuttles for free, both to An bang beach and the city, a couple of times per day. Theres also free bikes wich was great ☺️ The staff was just amazing! Thuy especially made our stay the best. Since we stayed for a week she both updgraded us to a suite and treated us to a free spatreatment. She made us feel at home and is such a hospitality queen💯
