Location and its facilities. The flat was neat, fully furnished in a modern style and daily cleaning. I love its location where I can not only walk to the office in 5 minutes but also can walk to various restaurants in the area. Grocery stores, cafeteria are also close. The clever design of the building I reckon, created greatly air convection at the entrance hall and around the building. Also swimming pool on top of the 7-floor building. So many interesting things to enjoy 🥰
