Nice place with a cheap and amazing restaurant. It's nice that there is a place where to eat because the place is a little far away from the main city and there is not much around. Since it is in a small village, you can appreciate the peaceful atmosphere :)

We extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights because we enjoyed it so much. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean King and later were upgraded to 1 BR residence. Both rooms had a great view. The design of the hotel is beautiful and views are spectacular. We loved the lush greenery, the in- and outdoor pools and beautiful beaches right next to it. The VR game zone was fun and there are karaoke rooms, billiard tables, gym, spa, restaurants and a sky bar. Staff were always friendly and attentive and we never had any problems with communication. I want to mention Mr. Quang, who provided immediate first class assistance whenever we needed anything. He even remembered our schedule and proactively reached out to us multiple times to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Generous dining hours, huge buffet and good food. The hotel is spacious and the only time we would see many other guests was at peak time for breakfast. Other than that it was never crowded and we could really relax, sometimes we had the whole pool to ourselves. Weekend was a bit busier. Rooms are clean, pretty and comfortable. Beds are hard but we still slept very good. Yes the water splashed a bit in the first room because of the open bathtub/shower but I don’t think it’s such a big problem. I can 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Location was central to everything, it was close to the harbour for drinks, food and to the beach. Customer services were so helpful , they book a few tours for us and guided us how to get a taxi around the island. Very comfortable room with an incredible view !!

Beautiful and quiet place with nice bungalows in the lovely village of Viet Hai, perfect place to take a rest if you do the trekking inbetween National Parc entrance and Viet Hai and don’t want to hurry for return. Bungalows are very comfortable , friendly staff , and excellent breakfast +++++

Great experience. The spa was really good. They have 3 pools and they were all great, the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the bay. Staff was helpful and the location is excellent!

The beach was beautiful. The hotel exterior was unique and with a fantastic design. There were also great view-platforms available. And the connecting bridges were very awesome. Also each room has a green balcony, which is great. And the hotel seemed very suitable for kids - there were a lot of activities for children. Also the outdoor swimming pool was nice. The hotel really fits the nature around it - thank you for creating such a site.
