Alex and Mr. Happy and the rest of the staff made this an amazing cruise. They are very hard working and do everything they can to make the cruise a great experience for each passenger. Alex really went above and beyond. The food was so delicious and over the top, way above expectations. Dinner was a 5 course meal and they made sure we didn’t leave hungry. We also had a beautiful flute performance. Rooms were beautiful, the ship is only 7 months old. The staff continuously mops the floor and wipes surfaces throughout the duration of the stay so it feels very clean. The hot tub and shower in our room was wonderful, and there was endless amounts of hot water.

It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!

The host rented me a bicycle, which was very useful for cycling to Marina Beach (about 5-7 min), and Bai Chay beach (about 20-25 min). The host was very kind, sociable, and extremely helpful. We had a dinner together, and I learnt many interesting things about Vietnam. She booked for me a place on a bus to Hanoi, which was very convenient because the bus picked me up from the apartment, and drop me off at my destination point in Hanoi.
